An unusual phone call

Today I received a call from someone claiming that I have a couple of tickets pending to pay..
and he started on and on about one from 2008..

Here I am trying to recall how come? I am trying to ask him whom does he want to talk to.. think u got wrong number ... Just trying hard for him to stop and listen to me...

and then ... he said .. u should not be driving...  or may be something like u are to stupid to be driving on the road... may be these words are not exact but do express the words exactly..

I was horrified at that person... How could he say that to me..

He started laughing, mumbled something and hung up on me....

What is happening today... I thought it to be kind of embarrassing initially...

I was driving back home and the whole time was thinking who can it be.. I decided that I will trace the number..
I called.... and the number did not exist... Wow... now what..

I was sure this is a prank ...but who?  a radio station, a friend , a colleague  ???
 
I was sure that it cannot be any of my friends or colleague ... but you can never say.

I was just thinking all the time why me? from where that person got my number..

On the way back I had to meet my friend.. and she asked me hear some recording and ....

Then the big reveal...

My friend played a prank on me... hahahaha... so I was proved wrong that it cannot be a friend...
